This allows fully automatic cutting, drilling and labeling of cabinet components with complete accuracy and minimum wastage. It also provides a faster production time which means a quicker delivery for your new kitchen.

Cad/CAM Software allows us to design your cabinets in 3D. In conjunction with the nested base router, it gives us total control of the manufacturing process.

Our new edge bander can handle all types of material from timber veneers to heavy duty rigid PVC edges. The accuracy of this machine provides a virtually seamless join.

Our detail joinery department creates all the special cabinet components, such as curved and angled cabinetry including traditional and heritage pieces. We use only the finest selected materials to create those special features that you want in your new kitchen.

Cabinet assembly by experienced cabinetmakers means that each cabinet is created to do its job perfectly. Your selection of accessories and doors & drawers are fitted to the assembled cabinet carcase before cleaning and final inspection prior to delivery.

Our delivery service takes great care with your new investment. Each cabinet component is individually wrapped and secured for transit to ensure that everything arrives in perfect condition.
